SCREENING

I require screening, and this allows us to spend the best possible time together. Please fill out my form on the ‘Book’ section of my page and provide your LinkedIn or other verifiable proof of employment, and an unaltered picture of your government ID, along with a selfie of you holding your ID next to your face (please ensure all details are clearly visible). Alternatively, I will accept two excellent provider references from the past year. Any information shared will be kept private, secure, and shared with no one. You can also ask me about my alternative screening options. I do not discriminate based on race, gender, nationality, weight, age, ability, or orientation. DEPOSITS

I require a 20% deposit to hold our date time. If I am also booking a location for us this fee must be paid with deposit.

PAYMENTS

Please have the consideration in an envelope and place it in a book or gift bag. I’m a huge reader, bonus points if you bring a book you really love.

CANCELLATIONS

I understand that life is busy. In order to respect my time, cancellation fees are: 24 hours or less 100% cancelation fee. 48 hours or less 50% cancelation fee. 72 hours or less 25% cancellation fee. With more than 72 hour notice you may transfer your deposit to another day.
